DESCRIBE
Lubtex Heat Trans Oil is based on carefully selected refined mineral base oils that resist cracking, oxidation and thickening. This results in extended oil drain intervals, efficient heating and good pumpability ensuring a constant oil film temperature on the heating element surface.
APPLICATION
Closed loop heat exchange systems in industry such as process industry, chemical plants, textile production… and domestic appliances such as oil heaters. Lubtex Heat Transfer Oil can be used in heat exchange equipment operating continuously at high temperatures.

Low viscosity allows excellent flowability and heat transfer over a wide temperature range. Lubtex Heat Transfer Oil also has a low vapor pressure to prevent cracking, which minimizes the formation of volatile decomposition products that require recovery by condensate collectors and expansion chambers

The oil’s very high oxidation and thermal stability prevents the formation of sludge and carbon deposits, thus extending the oil’s service life.

The low temperature circulation feature allows rapid circulation of the oil.
Economical at low pressure operation
Low vapor pressure at high temperatures minimizes evaporation, limits airlock formation and pump cavitation, allowing efficient operation at low system pressures. This eliminates the need for expensive heat exchangers and high pressure piping systems
