DESCRIBE
Lubtex Spindle Oil is a special textile machine oil, with low viscosity, used for shuttles and spindles in the weaving system. The oil is produced from highly refined base oil combined with special additives with good anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-oxidation effects. The oil is designed for use in high-speed weaving machines and other automatic machine parts.
APPLICATION
– For use in the spindle system of textile machines.
– Other automatic parts of textile machines.
– For use on light spindles at high speeds. Do not use where higher viscosity is required or where high temperatures are required (Lubtex Spindle Oil 10).
– Lubtex Spindle Oil 15 & 22 are recommended for lower, medium speed spindles where higher viscosity is required.
– For smooth operation of racks and bushings in industrial machines at high speeds.
– For use in industrial circulation systems.
– For use in hydraulic systems where anti-wear oils are recommended.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Cincinnati-Milacron Specification-45(ISO22) and P62 (ISO 10) for light crosshead oils.
