The friction modifier and adhesive additives have a high strength, thick oil film that allows for precise table positioning and prevents wear of system components.
Reduced machine downtime
The EP additive system forms a protective film under heavy load conditions to prevent scuffing of slideways and guides. Rust inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors protect the machine oil.
Maintain adhesion
Special anti-adhesion agent prevents oil from running off the lubricated surface, especially on inclined and vertical surfaces. The high adhesion and strength of the film minimizes drying of lubricant on the working surface under heavy loads and prevents washout by water-based cutting fluids.
